Snail extracts in cosmetics are starting to rise in popularity in the K-beauty industry because of the product’s tested and proven effects to the skin.
Ladies (and gentlemen), allow me to introduce a new twist to the snail cosmetic haul.
Benton’s Snail Bee High Content Skin further pushed the limits of cosmetics with the fusion of Snail extracts and Bee venom.
Snail Bee High Content Skin is toner product suggested to be used as the first step after cleansing to promote better absorption of other skin care nutrients in your skin.
So what exactly do we get from Bee and Snail extracts? Allow me to break them down for you.
Snail Secretion Filtrate;
-Effective for repairing damaged skin caused by too much sunlight and radiation.
-Helps in getting rid of redness and acne scarring.
-Helps in increasing collagen production in the skin.
-Helps in the absorption of skincare nutrients in the skin.
-Promotes healing to wounds and other damages in the skin.
Mainly speaking this product doesn’t only help in promoting better absorption of skin care activities in your skin but also promotes healing to any damages in your skin.
What it promises;
-brightening of the skin and removal of visible wrinkles
-Care for skin damages and other skin troubles
-Soothes the skin
-Supplies better moisture and nutrition to the skin
It is alcohol-free and water free, thus it tells us that it is composed of rich snail mucin and bee venom. But don’t even think it’s sticky or slimy; this toner actually feels like water. However, it is more denser or viscose than water. This type of texture is actually very helpful in preserving the nutrients in it and at the same time is very easily absorbed by the skin.
I’ve been using this product for quite a while now, and there’s no argument on how moisturizing the product is. I love how it is not heavy on the skin and how it feels refreshing every time you apply it. I don’t really have such reddening or acne in my skin so I can’t really prove how effective those parts are.
You have to take my word for its moisturizing effect, though. My skin really improved compared to how it was before I met this toner. Also, it’s scent is very mild that there’s almost none at all. [I wanted to decipher what the smell was, but I just ended up wasting the product on my palms. hahahah]
You have to use this in the morning and night to maximize its effect on your skin. You can actually either apply it straight to your face or use a cotton pad for it.
Dispense the product to your palms and spread it throughout both your palms and apply it to your face evenly. And in the event that you want further cleansing to your skin after washing, then go on and dispense the product in a cotton pad and swipe the product across your face in an upward motion. Two to three pumps are enough to cover your whole face. So this product can stay on your vanity for about 3 months or so in that kind of application.
Now, the packaging?
It comes in a brown-toned 150ml bottle that is translucent in a material with white prints for the labels and descriptions. This way we can be able to see how much product you have used so far. The box also is as impressive as the bottle itself, it is made of recycled paper with black prints for the labels. What’s so impressive about its packaging is that it actually has that strong “organic” feels to it. Having such thing in mind makes us think and be confident that this product uses all natural ingredients in it.
This product goes well for all skin types and I would strongly suggest this to anyone. This is not only for healing your damaged skin but it also protects your skin from any damages in your daily life. So as for this toner, it would definitely have a place in my daily skin care routine!
