Our standard shipping is via K-Packet from the Korea postal service

* Duties and taxes may vary, according to the policy by country
* K-Packet has a limit of 2kg and therefore it can be dispatched to divide if exceeds 2kg
* To provide a better shopping experience special delivery will be added by country shortly
International Returns & Refund policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with specific reasons. After checking the reasons, please return the package by using normal international registered mail only if the return is possible.
We will pay the delivery charge about the return only If we request a return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address #6411 BI Center, 425, Gyeongbokdae-ro, Jinjeop-eup, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea (Zip : 12051)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your Paypal account, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days from the arrival of you returned products.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancel / Exchange order
After the confirmation of your order shipped out, Cancel / Exchange is not possible. Also we can't help you Cancel / Exchange your order if the products used. Extra cost will be your responsibility.
Please check the order status of your packages frequently.
